QA/QC Specialist – Cosmetics

About the Role

We are looking for a
QA/QC Specialist
to join our quality team and ensure that all cosmetic and personal care products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor
  quality assurance & quality control processes
  for cosmetic manufacturing.
• Conduct
  in-process inspections
  , raw material testing, and finished product evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with
  GMP, ISO, FDA, and regulatory standards
  applicable to the cosmetics industry.
• Coordinate with production, R&D, and packaging teams to maintain quality consistency.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Maintain quality documentation, reports, and audit records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in
  Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field
  .
• 3–5 years
  of experience in QA/QC, preferably in the
  cosmetics, beauty, or personal care
  sector.
• Strong knowledge of
  quality control instruments & lab testing methods
  .
• Familiarity with
  regulatory compliance and safety protocols
  .
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
