Job Description

The organization is seeking a skilled professional to improve its cyber resilience, protect critical infrastructure, and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations.

This role requires a deep understanding of operational technology security principles and best practices, as well as experience in risk assessments, vulnerability identification, and security control implementation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining OT security policies, standards, and procedures, conducting regular risk assessments, monitoring OT systems for security threats, and responding to security breaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Security Policies
  • Conduct Risk Assessments and Vulnerability Identification
  • Implement Security Controls and Countermeasures
  • Monitor OT Systems and Respond to Security Breaches

The preferred candidate profile includes:

  • At least 7 years of experience in OT security management with a strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience assessing against industry standards and frameworks.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP or GICSP.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also possess a high level of technical expertise and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
