Key Responsibilities

Support business partners to achieve desired business growth, Guiding schools to achieve desired admission numbers, Maintain strong relationships with business partners and other external stakeholders.

Scope of work:

Relationship Management and Administration

Facilitate good relationships to maximize business and maintain a good reputation. Responsible for enrollment in the school, Implementing school-wise marketing plans, Liaise with the project team to track school construction schedules to increase school capacity, Liaise with operations and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of all procured items.

Continuous research of changes in the market that can be used by the school to enhance its USP, Liaise with support functions for operation support, Find solutions to all critical incidents in conjunction with reporting managers, Prepare school-wise MIS for reporting purposes, Prepare and conduct BP and relationship manager inductions, Prepare audit compliance documents and reporting formats to be put into practice at the schools, Ensure adherence to SOPs in schools.

Marketing

Evaluate catchment competition analysis, Finalize strategies to achieve admission targets for each school, Prepare marketing calendars for new schools in conjunction with the marketing team, Overlook the implementation of ATL and BTL activities on ground level, Overlook and ensure effective spend of school marketing budgets, Work with marketing teams to develop and implement school activation programs, Review and rework on marketing calendars quarter to maximize word-of-mouth and footfalls at the schools, Overlook PR strategies to promote schools.

Facility Management

Ensure school infrastructure is ready for use as per the agreed scope for the first year, Guide business partners and operations teams to follow brand guidelines, Ensure audit non-compliances are closed by franchisees.

Parental Communication and Involvement

Conduct lost customer surveys, Prepare and evaluate half-yearly customer satisfaction surveys, Parents: Overlook and evaluate trends of critical incidents and grievances.

Financial Responsibility

Ensure franchisees are financially compliant with the company and their customers, Ensure the procurement of all ZLL products which includes essential and value-added products by franchise partners and implementation in schools, Responsible to retain schools in the network and help achieve desired financial growth.

Staff Management

Prepare annual teachers' training calendars with RSD, Prepare team-building activities for schools, Prepare and evaluate half-yearly customer satisfaction surveys, Management: Teaching and non-teaching staffs, Co-ordinate recruitment and selection processes when necessary to assist school management, Prepare training materials for RM skills and qualities.
