We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated accounting professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

About the Role:

  • Create proposals for journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Analyze and review the general ledger and sub-ledgers to identify any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
  • Send reports of pending transactions to clients for recording within the accounting system, maintaining open communication throughout the process.
  • Complete AR reconciliations and maintain cash position information, providing regular updates as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including AP, BR, and Taxes, to gather required data and ensure seamless integration.
  • Provide support to department leaders in completing tasks, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Maintain operational status and send updates when necessary, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
  • Respond promptly to client requests, delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • A technical degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
  • 2-6 years of corporate accounting experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and email, with a strong focus on productivity and efficiency.
  • English language fluency is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is a plus, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
