Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role involves managing the entire warehousing and distribution process, from receiving and storing goods to fulfilling orders and coordinating with transporters.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure timely completion of warehouse activities and meet defined KPIs
- Pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup
- Implement warehouse processes such as GRN, FIFO, LIFO, and Put away
- Conduct regular audits of stock levels to ensure high accuracy
- Generate MIS reports on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis
- Maintain adherence to health, safety, and administrative guidelines
- Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for dispatches and RTO orders
- Process e-way bills, good receipts, and vendor invoices
- Collaborate with internal and external team members
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar profile with E-commerce/Fulfillment Centre
- Knowledge of WMS/SAP or similar ERP packages is an added advantage
- Graduate degree with proficiency in MS Office and Google Docs
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Ability to perform tasks under pressure and work 6 days a week
