Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design and configure Vistex modules for complex pricing, rebates, incentives, and chargebacks within SAP.

This role requires a deep understanding of Vistex best practices for managing rebate programs, agreements, contracts, and claims, as well as the ability to integrate Vistex solutions smoothly with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure Vistex modules for complex pricing, rebates, incentives, and chargebacks within SAP.
  • Apply Vistex best practices for managing rebate programs, agreements, contracts, and claims.
  • Ensure Vistex solutions integrate smoothly with other SAP modules, particularly Sales and Distribution (SD), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Finance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and leading workshops to gather requirements and define solutions.
  • Create blueprints, design specifications, and manage the entire testing cycle, including unit tests and defect management.
  • Debug and troubleshoot technical issues within the Vistex solution.
  • Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption of the Vistex solution.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proficiency in Vistex configurations and processes, including composite models for vendor and customer rebates.

Strong hands-on experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) configuration and an understanding of its integration with Vistex.

Solid grasp of rebate, incentive, chargeback, and billback processes from a business perspective.

Ability to perform configuration, and possibly minor developments or debugging, including understanding of SAP backend tables.
