Expert Forecasting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Planning professional to join our organization.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong Workforce Management (WFM) expertise, including data manipulation and analysis using intermediate-to-advanced SQL skills.
Collaborating with stakeholders is essential in creating accurate forecasts, optimizing capacity planning, and generating operational insights from large datasets. Your analytical skills will enable you to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, informing business decisions and strategic planning.
- Hands-on experience in forecasting (both long-term and short-term), capacity planning, and data analysis is necessary.
- Proficiency in Python or other query languages is a plus but not mandatory.
- Data analyst, business analyst, or analytics backgrounds are acceptable if combined with relevant forecasting and capacity planning experience.
