Product Manager – Advanced ML Forecasting

We are seeking a Product Manager who will own and design the product for our Advanced Machine Learning Demand Forecasting solution. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of product strategy, AI/ML innovation, and supply chain transformation.

You'll lead the productization of cutting-edge time series forecasting models and machine learning capabilities, working closely with world-class engineers, data scientists, and supply chain experts to deliver products that are both intelligent and intuitive.

What you'll do for us…

• Own the product vision and design for our Machine Learning Demand Forecasting product.
• Translate complex ML capabilities into scalable, user-friendly product features that solve real-world supply chain forecasting challenges.
• Partner with engineering and data science teams to prioritize and shape high-impact ML product initiatives.
• Define and track key success metrics around forecast accuracy, performance, scalability, and adoption.
• Bridge the gap between customer needs, market trends, and technical implementation.
• Participate in client engagements, gather feedback from enterprise customers, and drive continuous product improvements.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and consulting teams to demonstrate the value of ML forecasting in real-world scenarios.
• Keep a close eye on the competitive landscape and industry advancements in AI/ML for supply chain.

What you'll have…

• 4+ years of experience in product management, demand planning, or ML/AI-driven software solutions.
• Understanding of machine learning fundamentals—especially time series forecasting and tree-based models (e.g., LightGBM).
• Experience working with ML product lifecycle, from prototype to deployment and scaling.
• Familiarity with MLOps concepts and collaboration with engineering teams around data pipelines, model deployment, CI/CD, and monitoring.
• Hands-on understanding of Python and ML libraries is a big plus (though coding is not required).
• Proven ability to connect deeply with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and a product storytelling mindset.
• Experience with supply chain planning, forecasting, ERP systems, or enterprise SaaS is highly desirable.

Educational background in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
