Job Title: Principal Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our end-to-end testing activities for multiple applications within our Equity Cash and Equity Derivatives Exchange systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure functional accuracy, performance, and compliance of our trading, clearing, and settlement processes.
  2. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of testers to achieve exceptional results, foster a culture of excellence, and promote career growth.
  3. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve testing processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall quality.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of testing services.
