Operations Role

We are seeking a skilled Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in order management, customer service, and problem-solving.

This position is part of the Customer Success, Service & Operations department and involves working with multiple regions such as Asia Pacific, EMEA, North America and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking customer orders after conducting thorough cross-checks
  • Following SOPs and adhering to process updates
  • Responding to customer queries through email and calls in a timely manner
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Demonstrating critical thinking and analytical skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a professional organization
  • Excellent command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word)
  • Exceptional English Communication Skills
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize time effectively
