We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to drive analysis and insights, helping our teams make informed business decisions. As a key member of our Selling Partner Identity Verification team, you will focus on ensuring the integrity of our platform by analyzing data, discovering and solving complex problems, and building metrics to improve customer experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and develop automated reporting solutions. You will also design and develop dashboards using Tableau to enable stakeholders to effectively manage the business and make data-driven decisions.

About the Role:

  • You will lead initiatives to improve the customer experience by identifying and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • You will conduct in-depth analysis to isolate issues based on changing business priorities and collaborate with stakeholder teams to define data solutions.
  • You will work closely with science and engineering teams to track ongoing issues and build data processes to measure the team's overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex Excel VBA macros to analyze large datasets.
  • Create data visualizations and reports using SQL and ETL tools to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to monitor existing metrics, identify process improvement opportunities, and design automated reporting solutions.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in tax, finance, or a related analytical field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, ETL, and Excel VBA macros.
  • Experience working with large datasets and creating data visualizations using Tableau.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
