Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of our office.

  • Manage outsourced contract services for Housekeeping, pantry, Reception, and other areas to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Ensure proper recording and utilization of office stationery and utility items.
  • Streamline office opening and closing arrangements, monitor office keys movements and record, and ensure the office is securely guarded at all times.
  • Standardize, stock, and implement a system for office stationery, pantry, and utility items.
  • Effectively monitor office lease to ensure it remains valid and fully operational.
  • Provide good sitting places and sufficient furniture for staff to function smoothly.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable workstation and common areas.
  • Well-manage the office pantry/cafeteria, ensuring all items are properly stocked and utilized.
  • Assist in coordinating new office identification, renovation/refurbishment, and operationalization.
  • Help with office seating space modification and optimization.
  • Maintain trouble-free utility services and timely payment to service providers for Water, Electricity, Telephone, Data cards, Internet, and other utilities.
  • Contribute to the preparation of annual budget forecasts.
  • Plan and execute office renovation and repair work. Store and maintain records efficiently.
  • Arrange Guest House and Hotel accommodations for staff, visitors, delegates, etc., as per office policy and partner requirements.
  • Coordinate printing services and other IT-related services with IT and venue managers.
