Principal Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our CBSE school project in Hyderabad.

As Principal, you will be responsible for strategic vision, school development, and operational management. You will represent the school, collaborating with local teams, corporate staff, and management.

The role demands your presence at the school location to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Facility design
  • Curriculum/academic program
  • Staffing and retention
  • Training and professional development
  • Policies and procedures
  • Brand and marketing strategies
  • Vendor management
  • Admissions and enrollment
  • Supply chain management
  • Statutory compliance and affiliation
  • Budgeting and financial management

You will foster a culture of engagement among staff, parents, and the community, create a supportive work environment, and enable staff career growth. Maintain a strong posture to enhance learning outcomes and increase enrollments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctorate from a recognized university/institute
  • B.Ed./M.Ed. from a recognized university/institute
  • At least 5+ years' experience as Founder Principal (CBSE)
  • Significant contributions in previous leadership roles, preferably as a founding team member
  • Experience working in schools offering CBSE curriculum
  • Prior experience implementing experiential learning methodology
  • Proven experience setting up systems and processes
