As a Senior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality production output and yield while adhering to industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Production & Output: Ensure high-quality production output and yield while adhering to SOPs.
  2. Industry Expertise: Prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry is highly valued.
  3. Process Optimization: Initiate and implement projects aimed at improving yield, reducing costs, and enhancing production processes.
  4. Engineering Management: Handle engineering changes, production trials, model updates, and pilot builds efficiently.
  5. Technical Proficiency: Possess strong mathematical, technical, and analytical skills.
  6. Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards and meet audit requirements.
  7. Multitasking & Flexibility: Be adaptable and capable of handling multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
  8. Knowledge Sharing: Understand cell manufacturing procedures and contribute to developing SOPs, operating instructions, and documentation standards.
  9. Leadership & Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills and effectively guide or lead team members.
  10. Compliance & Safety: Maintain safe work practices, comply with safety protocols, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.
