Key Engineering Role

An experienced engineering leader is required to lead the development of our cutting-edge platform.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Technology Strategy: Develop, implement and scale the core technology from scratch, driving strategic growth and expansion.
  • AI Innovation: Implement AI-first approaches to address complex high-scale problems, ensuring seamless integration with product roadmaps.
  • Team Development: Build, mentor and inspire a strong engineering team, fostering ownership, innovation and collaboration.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth product execution and delivery.
  • Product Execution: Deliver scalable, reliable and secure solutions for nationwide adoption, meeting the needs of our rapidly expanding user base.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of strong engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in architecting and scaling platforms, with a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies and cloud-based systems.
  • Hands-on coding ability and willingness to engage deeply with product development.
  • Strong leadership skills to build, inspire and manage engineering teams, with a passion for solving meaningful problems with long-term impact.
