Our organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced User Experience Lead to spearhead the development of our products. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, as well as the ability to inspire and mentor a team of designers.

The role requires a strong focus on design vision, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms. This involves creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential in translating business goals into user-friendly designs.

We are looking for an individual who can manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality designs in a timely manner. A solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design is crucial for success in this position.

In addition to technical skills, we require excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design decisions. The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, and at least 2-5 years of professional design experience, including 1 year in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX and graphic designers.
  • Define and own the design vision, ensuring consistency across digital platforms.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into user-friendly designs.
  • Establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree/Diploma in Design, Visual Communication, or related field from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of professional design experience, including 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent tools.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
