Product Designer Intern

PharmEasy is a consumer healthcare app launched in 2015 with the mission to make healthcare accessible and affordable to all.

We provide on-demand, home-delivered access to prescription pharmaceuticals, diagnostic test services, OTC pharmaceuticals, and other consumer healthcare products.

About This Role:

  • Assist in conducting user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
  • Help plan, conduct, and analyze user testing sessions to gather feedback and insights for design improvements
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and solutions
  • Collaborate with the design team to iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results
  • Contribute to the creation of user interface designs that are visually appealing, intuitive, and aligned with our brand guidelines
  • Prepare design documentation, including user personas, user flows, and design specifications
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers, to ensure a cohesive and user-centered product experience
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design and share insights with the team

Skill Requirements:

  • Design Thinking
  • UI & UX Design
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in UX design, HCI, graphic design, or a related field
  • A strong passion for user-centered design and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
