OT System Specialist Opportunity

We seek an experienced OT System Specialist to manage and support control systems focusing on Allen Bradley PLCs and AVEVA SCADA platforms.

The role involves system troubleshooting, maintenance, programming, diagnostics, and coordination with OEMs and IT teams to ensure high availability and performance of the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PLC Programming: Develop and implement PLC programs for automation systems using industry-standard PLC platforms. Strong background in Allen Bradley.
  • System Integration: Design, configure, and integrate PLC systems with other automation components such as sensors, drives, HMI, SCADA, and IO modules.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to PLC, SCADA programs, logic, hardware, and communication between systems.
  • Configuring and Troubleshooting: PLC systems in an industrial environment.
  • System Testing: Perform system testing and debugging ensuring that PLC controlled SCADA systems are operating according to specifications and requirements.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support during the installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases of projects. Offer ongoing support to clients for troubleshooting and maintenance of PLC, SCADA systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in PLC Allen Bradley
  • SCADA Wonderware Invensys
  • PLC languages known: Ladder logic, FBD, STL, structured text
  • Communication Protocol: PROFINET, PROFIBUS, DNP3, Modbus, Modbus TCP/IP, EthernetIP
  • OPC Kepware Configuration
  • Knowledge on Database, VBScripting
