We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our fund raising efforts. As the Head of Fund Raising, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to raise capital for real estate investment projects in India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract investors and raise capital for real estate investment projects\
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing investors and identify potential new ones\
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments\
  • Create compelling proposals to present to investors and other stakeholders\
  • Navigate complex networking situations with ease and confidence\
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth\
  • Ensure all activities are in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements\
  • Analyse data and create reports to inform business decisions and drive strategy\

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in real estate fund management or a related field\
  • A strong background in finance, economics, or business administration\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships\
  • The ability to analyse complex financial data and make informed decisions\
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent collaboration skills\
