Key Systems Engineer Role

We're a leading fintech firm specializing in digital payments as Technology Service Providers to Regulated entities and Payment Platform providers. Our team implements and monitors infrastructure for digital payment solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Address L2 or L3 resource issues and Developer Team problems.
  • Analyze logs, identify bugs, and escalate offshore team resolutions.
  • Respond to customer complaints by analyzing data.
  • Support middleware deployments, monitor services running on Java and Node.js platforms.
  • Provide merchant support, resolve queries, and perform reconciliation.
  • Manage basic user account creation, modification, deletion, file system permissions, and disk space usage.
  • Escalate issues to L2/L3 according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Document resolutions and update knowledge bases regularly.
  • Support banks' requirements related to UPI.
  • Monitor Linux servers using Grafana, Prometheus, and Dynatrace tools.
  • Perform routine health checks and log analysis.
  • Coordinate environment mapping, integration with various departments, and vendors.
  • Provide technical inputs for troubleshooting issues to L2 teams.
  • Coordinate with dependency groups in case of linked issues.
  • Resolve technical incidents escalated by banks and provide guidance.

Resource roles may change as per requirements but will be around systems.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Linux Administration required.
  • Experience working with MySQL and Oracle databases and ability to write and understand basic queries.
  • Familiarity with middleware technologies, especially Java-based applications and Node.js services.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, including IP, DNS, and firewall.
  • Advanced level knowledge of Linux commands, file system, and disk usage commands (df, du, lsblk).
  • Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) preferred.
  • Willingness to work in a 24x7 support environment with rotational shifts if required.
  • Detail-oriented, organized with strong time management skills.
  • Influencing skills to create positive relationships with team members at all levels.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Education Qualification: BCA, BSC(IT), Diploma, B.Tech/B.E.

Experience: Total Experience: 2 to 4 years.

Industry: IT/Software/BFSI/Banking/Fintech.

Work arrangement: 5-day working.

Location: Noida.
