Job Title: Franchise Development Manager

This role involves identifying high-potential cities for expansion and strategizing business growth. You will build relationships with potential franchise partners, ensure successful onboarding, and oversee the conversion process into Livspace franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Identification & Strategy: Collaborate with the regional manager to identify cities with high-growth potential for Livspace franchise expansion.
  • Team Management & Collaboration: Manage a team of professionals who collect, analyze, and generate leads from potential areas.
  • Lead Generation & Meetings: Shortlist potential franchise profiles that align with Livspace's standards.
  • Area Visits & Prospect Engagement: Plan and execute weekly visits to assess market dynamics and strengthen connections with potential franchisees.
  • Franchise Conversion & Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process by converting suitable profiles into Livspace franchise partners.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in business development, franchise operations, or sales.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record in lead generation, partner onboarding, and target achievement.
