We are seeking an experienced finance professional to fill a senior role in our accounting and financial reporting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and finalize financial statements according to IGAAP, Income Tax Act, GST Act, and Companies Act provisions.
- Manage regulatory reporting and MIS systems.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth completion of statutory audits.
- Address audit observations and implement corrective measures to strengthen financial reporting processes.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members to ensure high standards of performance and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Work closely with treasury, risk, and operations teams to gather data and insights required for accurate financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of IGAAP.
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools, ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle).
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
