Job Overview

A seasoned leader is required to steer the factory's operational trajectory in Chennai, India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive plant operations to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards
  • Monitor productivity, costs, and budget across all departments
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Risk Management, GPCB, APEDA, and labour laws
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
  • Maintain machinery, resolve production issues, and ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit regular production reports to management
  • Foster employee engagement and maintain positive workplace dynamics
  • Liaise with statutory bodies and manage inspections effectively

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in the Food Industry, preferably as a Factory Manager
  • B.E. / B.Tech (Food Technology) degree
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
