Job Opportunity
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to support our insurance company clients.
- Manage existing products and create new ones to meet market demands.
- Support sales teams and develop go-to-market strategies to achieve annual revenue and gross margin targets.
- Lead and co-manage a portfolio of existing Genpact insurance brokerage clients.
- Mentor and monitor the performance of team members.
About the Role
This position plays a crucial role in helping our insurance company clients grow by developing and executing strategies to support their businesses. The focus is primarily on the U.S. P&C insurance markets with an emphasis on commercial lines. You must have experience in Brokerage/Broker Support and possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and co-managing a portfolio of existing Genpact insurance brokerage clients, developing and managing go-to-market strategies for assigned products and customer markets, participating in responses to RFPs and business proposals, and ensuring SLAs & deliverables are met within the timeframe of all teams.
