Achieve Excellence as a Software Tester

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and best practices in software development. The ideal candidate will have experience leading quality assurance initiatives, managing testing processes, and ensuring delivery of high-quality software products.

  • Design, develop, and execute test cases across various platforms, including manual and automated tests, web, mobile, different operating systems, and browsers.
  • Analyze test results, evaluate software usability, and report observations to the design and development teams.
  • Closely collaborate with developers, project managers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements, clarify issues, and drive defect resolution.
Key Responsibilities:

Review software requirements, user stories, and design specifications to prepare comprehensive test scenarios and test plans. Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, performance, stress, and scalability testing, to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Test automation frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Selenium)
  • Experience with TDD is essential.
  • Python programming skills
