Job Title: Senior Kitchen Associate

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to join our fine dining continental restaurant in Hyderabad, India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent high standards of personal presentation and behaviour at all times during a shift
  • Demonstrate efficient time keeping, presentation and workflow management
  • Have complete food knowledge of the section allocated, and the cookery involved
  • Maintain service of food to assigned task standards/specification/batch cooking
  • Ensure the mise en place of the section is performed to high standards required at all times
  • Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and upkeep of equipment

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in a continental kitchen and be able to confidently manage at least two sections. They will also be responsible for providing a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues and departments.
