Technical Lead Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled technical lead to excel in project execution and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining 100% compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Guide team members on client projects, providing in-depth feedback as needed
  • Meet individual and project-level targets, ensuring timely delivery of internal and external reports
  • Execute various processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs), adhering to all company policies and guidelines

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build and maintain relationships, and work confidently with people at all levels. They should also have the ability to demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality, accept responsibility, and make decisions based on experience, education, and understanding of project needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with minimum 3+ years of experience in infringement analysis/claim charting
  • Experience working in telecom is an advantage; knowledge of Wi-Fi is beneficial

  • Previous experience with claim charts is essential
