Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Enhancing observability across applications, services, and infrastructure using tools like Open Telemetry, Grafana, Fluentd, Terraform, Kubernetes, Puppet, Gitlab, ArgoCD, and Kustomize.
  • Developing CI/CD pipelines for these services to ensure efficient deployment and management.
  • Collaborating with Product teams to capture user experiences in Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
  • Reducing the impact of service disruptions through incident, problem, change management programs.
