Information Security Manager

We are seeking a skilled Information Security Manager to oversee the implementation and maintenance of our organization's information security management system (ISMS). This position will be responsible for ensuring that all relevant security controls are in place and functioning as intended.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ISO 27001 standards, experience with IT audits, and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide advisory services on risk management and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain ISMS frameworks based on ISO 27001 standards.
  • Conduct regular gap assessments, risk assessments, and internal audits.
  • Support external ISO 27001 certification and surveillance audits.
  • Prepare documentation such as policies, procedures, and risk registers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance and audit findings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in GRC, ISO 27001, ISMS, and IT audit.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 27001 controls, risk assessment methodologies, and audit lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.

Preferred:

  • ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer certification is highly advantageous.
  • Experience working with GRC tools (e.g., Archer, MetricStream) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our organization's information security management system, conducting regular audits, and providing advisory services on risk management and compliance.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have a strong understanding of ISO 27001 standards, at least 2 years of experience in GRC, and excellent communication skills.
