Job Brief

We are seeking a dynamic expert in SaaS negotiations with a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in sales efforts to demonstrate our software's competencies through the negotiation process and savings execution through spend analysis.
  • Negotiate savings for all software products, including SaaS, cloud, and digital solutions.
  • Leverage our platform to understand and fulfill customers' software and SaaS requirements.
  • Assist customers in building and maintaining a central repository for all SaaS contracts and creating a renewal calendar.
  • Negotiate complex Software and SaaS contracts, including financial, contractual, and commercial terms.
  • Help clients utilize our platform to manage and govern their SaaS products optimally.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes and drive cost savings.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential vendors, evaluate product offerings, and negotiate pricing and terms.
  • Manage a portfolio of projects, contracts, and customers to deliver business value and mitigate contractual risk.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
