Senior Capital Markets Business Analyst Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in the Capital Markets division. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and documenting business requirements related to Capital Markets functions.
Responsibilities include collaborating closely with business users and stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements. You will also support the development and testing of solutions, focusing on Trading Compliance rules within Asset Management.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of financial instruments including Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income, and FX. They should also have understanding of Investment Banking and Asset Management across Front, Middle, and Back Office functions.
Requirements:
- 7 to 10 years of Business Analyst experience in Capital Markets or Global Treasury
- Strong SQL querying skills for database interactions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create effective documentation and correspond professionally on functionalities and issues
- Confident in engaging with business users and stakeholders
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively
