We are seeking an organized and empathetic Academic Assistant to support students in their academic journey. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle student queries, provide guidance, and manage administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Addressing Student Queries: Respond promptly and professionally to student inquiries, providing guidance on academic matters, including course selection and issue resolution.
  • Following Up with Absent Students: Monitor students with continuous absences, collaborating with parents/guardians and administrative staff to identify issues and implement improvement strategies.
  • Information Dissemination: Regularly post timetables, academic announcements, and other relevant information in student communities, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Mentoring and Guidance: Provide ongoing mentoring and guidance to students, fostering a positive learning environment and supporting their overall development and academic success.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from students on their academic experiences and teaching quality, analyzing the feedback and collaborating with administration and faculty to implement necessary improvements.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A graduate degree in any field with at least one year of experience as a Public Service Commission aspirant.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in using academic software and communication platforms.
  • Prior experience in an educational setting is preferred.
