Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned marketing expert to lead the development and execution of forward-thinking strategies that drive business growth, customer engagement, and brand recognition.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of market trends, digital channels, and customer behavior, and can effectively align marketing efforts with business objectives.

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans across multiple platforms.
  • Analyze market data, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute campaigns.
  • Optimize campaign performance using analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Drive content strategy, including messaging frameworks and customer personas.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively.
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
  • Report on campaign effectiveness and share actionable insights.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus), 3-5 years of experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, or related roles, strong analytical skills, excellent communication and storytelling abilities, experience with search engine optimization (SEO)/search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, social media, and content marketing, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance short-term goals with long-term vision, analyze complex data, and communicate compelling stories to stakeholders.
