About This Role:

This is a leadership position that requires the development and implementation of an effective brand strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining Emmvee's brand identity, voice, and messaging across all touch-points, including digital, print, and experiential platforms.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Brand Development: Define and lead Emmvee's brand strategy to ensure alignment with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Brand Management: Manage the brand's voice, identity, and consistency across all touch-points.
  • Consumer Insights: Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor strategies to shape branding decisions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with product development, sales, and marketing teams to integrate branding into product launches and promotions.
  • Brand Communications: Develop and oversee all brand communications, campaigns, and partnerships.
  • Reputation Management: Protect and manage the reputation of the brand in crisis situations.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in brand management or a similar role.

  • Brand Management: Ability to manage the brand's voice, identity, and consistency across all touch-points.
  • Consumer Insights: Strong analytical skills to analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor strategies.

Work Details:

This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru(WFO) with a working schedule of 6 days per week (excluding 2nd and 4th Saturdays).
