Regulatory Oversight Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Oversight Professional to join our team. As a key member of our global regulatory function, you will play a critical role in managing supervisory activities and overseeing regulatory issues across regions.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and global team that drives regulatory excellence. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating regulatory examinations, producing reporting and metrics, and supporting training and guidance on regulatory issues and action management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate regulatory examinations, including logging information requests, preparing decks, and reviewing responses.
  • Oversee and manage regulatory issues and action plans in internal tracking systems.
  • Produce reporting and metrics for committees, governance groups, and senior management.
  • Support training and provide guidance on regulatory issues and action management systems.
  • Maintain trackers, update procedures, and support continuous improvement in oversight standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Background in financial services or management consulting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, or audit processes.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across global teams.
  • Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
