Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled FinTech professional to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will drive the analysis, design, and implementation of complex products that meet the evolving needs of the financial services industry.

A proactive individual with 7+ years of experience in technical analysis, system analysis, or business analysis is required.

The ideal candidate will have direct experience working within the FinTech domain and a proven track record of eliciting, analyzing, and documenting complex technical requirements for software applications.

Elicitation & Analysis:

Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and end-users to understand, elicit, and document complex business requirements for new features, enhancements, and products.

Conduct in-depth analysis of existing systems and processes to identify gaps, opportunities for improvement, and potential technical challenges.

Translate high-level business requirements into detailed, unambiguous, and testable functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.

Solutioning & Design Support:

Work closely with architects and development teams to technically analyze requirements and define viable, scalable, and robust technical solutions.

Create detailed technical specification documents, data flow diagrams, system diagrams, and sequence diagrams to illustrate system behavior and integration points.

Domain Expertise:

Apply deep knowledge of core FinTech concepts and processes, such as Payment Gateways, Core Banking Systems, Digital Wallets, Lending Platform, Financial Data Analytics, KYC/AML Compliance, Fraud Detection, Remittances for finance, Capital Markets, etc.

Understand regulatory requirements and compliance standards pertinent to the financial market and incorporate them into technical specifications.

Support & Quality Assurance:

Act as a liaison between business and technical teams throughout the SDLC.

Support development teams during implementation by clarifying requirements and resolving technical queries.

Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios, develop test cases, and validate that implemented solutions meet specified requirements and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly grasp new technologies and complex systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in creating flowcharts, process maps, and various UML diagrams (Use Case, Sequence, Activity).
