Job Description

Our organization is seeking a skilled Performance/Digital Marketing Expert who can drive growth across various channels and industries.

The ideal candidate will own end-to-end performance marketing initiatives, including lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and customer retention.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Managing and optimizing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to brief high-performing creatives for D2C, E-commerce, F&B, Hospitality & Corporate/B2B projects
  • Driving marketing automation and retention efforts through email/SMS/WhatsApp/CRM flows, cart recovery, and lifecycle journeys
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Search Console, and Looker Studio
  • Experience working with D2C & E-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred), F&B (including hyperlocal/aggregators), Hospitality (OTA/brand site), and Corporate/B2B (LinkedIn Ads)
  • Basic SEO and landing page best practices; light HTML/CSS knowledge a plus
  • Ability to coordinate influencers/affiliates and UGC creative pipelines
