Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Solutions Architect to join our team. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise application deployment and troubleshooting, with a minimum of 8 years of industry experience. You will be expected to possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective solutions.

The role requires expertise in at least three main areas of Openlink Endur, including configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, creating enhancements, and performance tuning. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of relational database concepts, database administration skills, and experience writing detailed systems specifications, deployment runbooks, and how-to documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement large-scale solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients
  • Analyze complex systems and develop effective solutions
  • Configure, deploy, troubleshoot, create enhancements, and perform performance tuning on Openlink Endur
  • Develop detailed systems specifications, deployment runbooks, and how-to documentation
  • Maintain full chargeability on client accounts as assigned
  • Travel to customer sites to work on projects as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a directly related IT field
  • Minimum 5 years direct experience working Openlink Endur in configuring, deploying, troubleshooting, creating enhancements, and performance tuning
  • Expertise in at least three main areas of Openlink Endur
  • Strong experience with RDBMS such as Oracle or MS SQL Server
  • Ability to follow system deployment steps with little-to-no guidance from lead team members
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated, independent, resourceful, and capable of taking constructive feedback and striving for continuous improvement
