Join our business process automation department as a Senior Automation Specialist. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced automation solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Automation Projects: Plan, execute, and deliver complex automation projects on time.
  • Design and Develop Solutions: Create and implement automation systems and processes to streamline operations.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and Maintain Systems: Identify and resolve issues with automation systems for reliable delivery.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in an automation role.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with RPA (e.g., UiPath), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), and coding languages like Python, SQL, and Java.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in automation are a plus.
