Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for empanelment and product specification inclusion in government organizations, project management companies (PMCs), and design architects.

They will build relationships with these entities and create a project prospect bandwidth/pipeline for various infrastructure and building projects.

The selected candidate will identify prospective clients, map their requirements, and conduct technical presentations for new customer acquisitions.

To excel in this role, the candidate must have strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the construction industry.

A Diploma, BE, or B.Tech in Civil Engineering is preferred.

  • Empanelment and specification inclusion of products in government organisations, PMCs, and design architects
  • Relationship building with government organisations, PMCs, and design architects
  • Create project prospect bandwidth/pipeline for various infrastructure and building projects for product specification empanelment
  • Identifying prospective clients, mapping their requirements, and conducting technical presentations for new customer acquisitions
  • Identify new business opportunities: segment of construction, product gaps, and new influencers for product penetration
  • Promotion and inclusion of blended cement in key projects
  • Create opportunities for high contribution products in key projects
  • Provide solutions to customers by fine-tuning mix designs
  • Conducting mix-design trials for product approval across prospective customers and projects
  • Product approvals at major project sites through trials at site and at third-party labs
  • Resolution and retention of customers through optimization of concrete trials
  • Resolution of quality complaints
