Project Director Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead and manage our complex government projects.

This is a high-profile role that requires exceptional ability to represent our organization before top authorities, including ministries and senior government bodies.

The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in contractual matters, a deep understanding of government agency processes, and proven ability to coordinate between clients, site teams, the architect's office, and multiple consultants.

A thorough grasp of construction processes - civil, MEP, façade, interiors, specialized works, and landscaping - is essential for this role.

The position demands equal presence between the city and surrounding project sites.

You should be able to calmly and effectively manage site activities, liaise with the PMC, and present to senior stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and communication.

This leadership role requires maturity, composure, and technical depth to deliver projects of the highest importance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex government projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, site teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and government regulations.
