Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Solar Engineering Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of solar engineering projects from conception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil and structural engineering, with experience in design, construction, and project management. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will work closely with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to identify and mitigate risks, develop project plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams to achieve project goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field;
  • Minimum 8-20 years of experience in solar engineering project management;
  • Strong understanding of civil and structural engineering principles and practices;
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies;
  • Strong analytical and technical skills;
