Job Title: Digital Platform Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and improvement of our brand's digital presence. Your vision for the brand's success will guide your team as you plan, strategize, and execute tasks to ensure quality content, optimal performance, and excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee responsibilities and timely execution of web development projects
  • Liaise with design and development teams for tasks and projects
  • Pitch improvements to the digital platform proactively
  • Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade client websites
  • Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues promptly
  • Identify and respond to all website security breaches effectively
  • Ensure website protection by enabling security measures
  • Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant information
  • Align communication with brand strategy
  • Ensure website quality and efficiency through regular test plans
  • Regularly improve User Experience of the website
  • Collaborate with teams and management to align the website with brand strategy
  • Prepare and present strategies to grow website metrics that matter to the brand
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites
  • Plan, strategize, and track promotional campaigns
  • Analyse and prepare monthly website performance reports and present to stakeholders
  • Maintain tracker of all updates on the website
  • Ensure Client satisfaction & smooth communication
  • Work extensively with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Shopify, or Magento
