Operations Associate Job Overview

The role of Operations Associate involves supporting content and data management processes in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities include handling raw data, working with producers to receive and manage audio files, using AI tools for audio mastering, uploading and managing finalized master files in the CMS, ensuring file hygiene and metadata accuracy, adapting to internal tools for data and asset management, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies or missing assets, and maintaining process documentation and operational workflows.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, data cleaning, formatting, reporting) is required.
  • Ability and willingness to quickly learn internal tools and systems are essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data/file hygiene are crucial.
  • Experience in uploading and handling digital assets (CMS knowledge preferred) is beneficial.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams are necessary.
