Deployment Specialist

Hypervise, a cutting-edge industrial AI platform, is transforming real-time quality inspection and automation through advanced computer vision and edge AI.

We are seeking an experienced IoT Deployment Expert to oversee end-to-end deployment projects. This role involves system validation, installation, customer training, and post-deployment support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. System Validation & Testing
  • Validate IoT systems prior to deployment, ensuring accuracy and completeness of test results.
  • Document and report findings with precision.
  1. Deployment & Installation
  • Pack and ship systems for reinstallation at customer sites.
  • Liaise with customer electronics (cameras, PLCs, servers) for integration.
  • Collaborate with assembly line systems for seamless integration.
  1. Customer Training & Support
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients on system operation and maintenance.
  • Provide post-deployment monitoring and ensure optimal system performance.
  1. Maintenance & Team Management
  • Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for deployed systems.
  • Supervise and support remote engineers in their field operations.
  1. Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare detailed wiring diagrams, connection diagrams, and layout diagrams.
  • Ensure complete documentation for each project, facilitating smooth handovers.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in deploying IoT and automation systems.
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills, enabling effective collaboration.
  • Ability to travel extensively for on-site projects, fostering strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in creating accurate documentation, enhancing team productivity.
