Job Role Summary

  • We are seeking an accomplished leader to oversee site operations and drive business growth. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with partners to resolve issues efficiently.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for validating bills and approvals, maintaining compliance with statutory requirements and agreements, and driving operational governance and circular improvements.
  • In addition to these responsibilities, the individual will oversee site installations, upgrades, and maintenance, while acquiring new sites and negotiating rent reductions to achieve cost optimization and early harvests of home passes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting entries and ledgers, ensuring accurate reconciliation and analysis of business performance.
  • Familiarity with Oracle software is required, along with expertise in cost reduction and variance analysis for business planning and reporting.
  • Proficient in executing tasks seamlessly, focusing on cost optimization and analytics-driven decision-making.
  • Establish performance metrics and track disputes, collaborating with partners to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Lead the 'War on Waste' agenda, driving operational governance and circular improvements.
  • Validate bills and approvals, maintaining compliance with statutory requirements and agreements.
  • Oversee site operations, including CTA sites, high-power small cell sites, and agreement renewals, while acquiring new sites and negotiating rent reductions.
  • Deliver new site installations against targets, support existing site upgrades, and achieve early harvests of home passes.
