About Our Role
As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Translate Business Needs: Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend their demands and convert them into precise technical specifications.
- Develop Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Identify Gaps and Optimize Workflows: Recognize areas for improvement and suggest solutions to optimize workflows and system interactions.
- Analyze Customer Journeys: Understand and document customer journeys and system interactions within the E-commerce ecosystem.
- Outline System Interactions: Explain high-level system interactions across platforms, including OMS, CRM, Payment gateways, and loyalty engines.
- Design Workflows: Design workflows for specific scenarios.
- Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with development teams, architects, and third-party vendors to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
- Facilitate Discussions: Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather input, validate solutions, and address challenges related to system functionality.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, clarify requirements, and manage expectations.
- Support Testing Phase: Support the testing phase by validating that implemented solutions meet business requirements.
Required Skills and Experience:
For this role, we require a proven Business Analyst with experience in E-commerce, exposed to platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
- Strong Understanding of E-commerce Dependencies: Strong understanding of E-commerce dependencies, including OMS, CRM, Payment gateways, and WMS.
- Documenting Functional Requirements: Experience in documenting functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Analyzing Workflows: Ability to analyze workflows and propose efficient solutions.
- Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
Preferred Skills:
- API Integrations and Middleware Solutions: Familiarity with API integrations and middleware solutions.
- Loyalty Programs and Multi-channel Customer Experiences: Knowledge of loyalty programs and multi-channel customer experiences.
- Agile Methodologies and Tools: Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
