The Role
  • A Business Analyst plays a critical role in translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • This involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze data, identifying trends, and contributing to solution development.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen and technical skills to enhance platform efficiency and effectiveness.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as experience working with clients and managing stakeholders. Proficiency in creating executive presentations, performing cost-benefit analyses, and developing proposals is highly desirable. Additionally, knowledge of the SDLC lifecycle, Agile practices, and sprint management tools like JIRA or Asana is essential.

Experience with data manipulation tools like SQL and Excel, as well as cloud databases such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or Azure, is necessary. Familiarity with visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, DataStudio/Looker is also preferred. We seek individuals who are self-motivated, proactive, empathetic, and adaptable, with prior experience working in ecommerce or digitally native organizations.
