About the Role

Airbus India Private Limited is seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our Information Management (IM) function.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building service requests from customer requirements, using workflows to manage data flows from the customer to the support teams providing the service.

Responsibilities include performing integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration, loading, manipulating and maintaining data between Service-now and other systems, and monitoring health, usage and overall compliance of the application.

This role requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.

About You

We are looking for a professional with hands-on experience developing using JavaScript, working with relational databases, and implementing ITSM modules in ServiceNow.

Candidates should have experience developing ServiceNow APIs, Workflows, UI Pages, Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules, and Administration experience.

A ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is a plus.
