Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, workshops, and materials for new hires and existing sales staff, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance, and industry trends.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives, helping them enhance their selling skills, customer interactions, and closing techniques.
- Train sales teams on the company's pharmaceutical products, including drug mechanisms, benefits, side effects, and how they compare to competitor products.
- Facilitate onboarding training sessions for new sales recruits, ensuring they are fully prepared for their roles with a strong foundation of knowledge and skills.
- Assess and track the progress of sales personnel through performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and continuous learning programs.
- Ensure all sales teams are up-to-date with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical guidelines, particularly in regard to pharmaceutical sales.
- Provide in-field support by conducting shadowing sessions with sales representatives, offering real-time feedback and coaching.
- Report progress to the management team, suggesting areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, sales training, or related roles.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and industry regulations.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering sales training programs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coach and motivate sales teams to achieve high performance.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning software.
